pring is almost here! 

Come learn the fundamentals of tree and shrub pruning through theoretical and hands-on demonstration. Practice assessing individual trees and bushes, determining where to cut, and how to make cuts without injuring the plant. Get the very best out of your roses, fruit, and young trees. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring gloves and hand pruners if you have them. We will provide you with some if you don't.

Workshop is led by Christi Sorrell, Director of Horticulture at the Arboretum at Flagstaff. 

Cost is $10/general public, $5/student, or FREE to Willow Bend and Arboretum members. Event is open to the community but recommended for kids age 10+.
