Farmer and Rancher Resource Fair
About the Series
Foodlink has committed to host five Farmer-Rancher workshops between 2024-2026. These workshops are part of our Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program Series in partnership with the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension. Stay tuned to our Facebook, Instagram, and Newsletter to stay in the loop about the upcoming workshops.
Past Workshops
In March, we hosted a community resource fair. This event was made possible through the collaborative efforts and insightful work from Pinnacle Prevention, the City of Flagstaff’s Sustainability Office, and Flagstaff Family Food Center.
Cover Crop and Soil Workshop
In April, we hosted a workshop on cover crops and soil health. Carol Fritzinger and Chris Jones presented. This workshop is in collaboration with the Coconino Cooperative Extension Office and is supported by the USDA NIFA Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.
